OUR PROCESS

NZDDS collects and destroys all kinds of sensitive information in paper form. From one box to bulk truck loads of documents, no job is too small or too big. Our fast efficient service will deliver your bin quickly. There are two sizes to choose from. The bins are conveniently placed where you require. A coded Security Seal is placed on the bins before we leave and the seals are not removed until the destruction process begins.

Today we must recognise the importance of being environmentally responsible. We also when dealing with private or sensitive information follow the Privacy Act 1993 which requires all Business and Individuals to protect against the loss, misuse or disclosure of ANY information they hold on Customers, Clients and Staff. When documents are surpluses to requirements your responsibility continues until they are destroyed.

How safe are your documents that have been thrown in the bin that end up in some landfill?

100% of the paper and cardboard we process will be recycled and repurposed into packaging. Our process is to shred before we RECYCLE. The shreds are then baled and sent to a large packaging company where it is processed into fibre moulded packaging, commonly used for egg cartons and apple trays.
